The core of this product is a hot-dip 55% aluminum-zinc-silicon coating (55% Al, 43.4% Zn, 1.6% Si). This unique composition provides 2-6 times better corrosion resistance compared to standard galvanized steel, offering a proven service life of 20-25 years in normal environments.
A key feature is its exceptional heat reflectivity - it reflects over 75% of solar radiant heat, which is nearly double the reflectivity of standard galvanized steel. This superior reflectivity can significantly reduce cooling costs for buildings. The coil also withstands high temperatures up to 315°C (600°F) without discoloration, making it ideal for sun-exposed building surfaces. Certified to ASTM A792/A792M, it delivers reliable performance for demanding architectural applications worldwide.
