Our AZ180 Heavy Coated Galvalume Steel Coil is engineered for coastal and heavy industrial roofing applications where salt spray and pollutants cause relentless corrosion. Featuring a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating (AZ180, 180 g/m²), this product combines aluminum's barrier protection with zinc's sacrificial defense to deliver 4-6 times longer service life than standard galvanized steel, with documented field warranties up to 50 years. It withstands sustained temperatures up to 315°C (600°F). For coastal industrial roofing requiring maximum corrosion protection and minimal lifecycle cost, AZ180 is the ultimate long-term solution.
